SMS, automated WhatsApp, equipment inventory or hire bookings, custom native mobile apps, bespoke design work, managed event staffing and on-site support are excluded. THNF assisted setup is quoted separately.
Offline check-in requires a registered, prepared device and a downloaded guest list. Keep the scanner open while offline; offline reopening is not supported.
All prices are GBP. No VAT is currently charged. The final amount is shown before payment. Guest/account records follow the published retention policy. Existing customers retain their previously purchased package terms.
