Using OccasionOS
Private celebrations
OccasionOS provides invitation, RSVP, guest-planning and admission tools for private celebrations. The organiser remains responsible for their event, venue, guest permissions, safety and the accuracy of uploaded information.
Accounts and access
Use an account you are authorised to operate. Keep passwords and private guest links secure. Grant staff only the access they need and remove access when their work ends. Do not access other organisations’ information, upload unlawful material or interfere with the service.
Guest information and artwork
Only upload information and artwork you have authority to use. Tell guests how their details will be used and provide a contact for questions or changes. Avoid recording unnecessary sensitive information. Review the privacy information before uploading guest records.
Service options and fees
Self-service, assisted and fully managed options describe different levels of support. Selecting an option does not confirm a booking, price, staffing commitment or response-time guarantee. Agree any paid service, delivery dates, cancellation and refund arrangements with THNF before committing to them. No payment is taken by simply choosing a service mode during signup.
Paid packages
New paid purchases follow the package limits shown before payment and our Refund, Cancellation and Credit Expiry Policy. These prepaid packages do not renew automatically. Existing purchases retain their agreed terms.
Event-day preparation
Test your actual devices and invitation proofs before an event. Keep an authorised manual admission process available. Offline scans require a registered device and a current downloaded manifest; reconnect to synchronise them. A new offline app window may require connectivity to load private event information.
Support and changes
Contact [email protected] for support, export, account closure or concerns about misuse. Keep your own approved operational copies where appropriate. These pages explain the platform’s operating expectations; any separately agreed service contract and applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
